Overlea-Fullerton Community Plan adopted into the Baltimore County Master Plan 2010

Active in development review process and zoning issues, including the 2009 CZMP (Comprehensive Zoning Map Process) to improve the business corridor on US-1

Capital improvement projects (Resurfacing Henry, Marion, Linhigh Avenues and Thorncliff Road

Participation in Capital improvement process for additional improvements in Linover

Recreation, Parks and Open Space – lobbying for additional land opportunities in the community through the Overlea-Fullerton Community Plan
