Community Plan

With the adoption of our Overlea-Fullerton Community Plan (Resolution 87-09) by the Baltimore County Council in December 2009, Linover will be working with our coalition (NBRCC-NORTHEAST BELAIR ROAD COMMUNITY COUNCIL) to keep our area stable and viable. We will be addressing issues of Land Use, Zoning & Development, Residential & Commercial Revitalization, Recreation & Parks/Open Space, Capital Improvements and Infrastructure with the various County agencies. Also safety and corridor enhancements along the Belair Road corridor with County and State agencies.
